Every landlord you refer who completes a rent advance earns you commission - calculated as a percentage of the advance amount. For example, at the Pro tier (1%), a $20,000 advance earns you $200. Commission is paid within 7 days of the landlord being funded.
Almost nothing. When a landlord in your portfolio applies, we'll send you a quick email to confirm the lease details (rent amount, lease end date, tenant name). You reply with a confirmation - usually takes less than 5 minutes. That's it.
Not at all. The lease stays exactly the same. The tenant continues paying rent as usual - same amount, same schedule, same account. The only change is that a portion of the rent is redirected to repay the advance. It's completely invisible to tenants.
The landlord is protected - and so is your commission. If a tenant defaults, the landlord doesn't have to repay us from their own pocket. The repayment period simply pauses and extends. You still keep your full commission regardless of tenant payment status.
